Will Appeal to Grover Ceasar.

The Hammond News says: Dr. H. D. Hattery, of Logansport, served notice upon the Hon. Thomas Hammond that he would carry the matter of the Logansport postmastership to the president. Mr. Hammond will recommend V. C. Hanawalt, county chairman. Dr. Hattery, who was presidential elector for the Tenth district, is an applicant for the place.
