D. 1893, a meeting of tne stockholders of the Indiana, Illinois & lowa Railroad Company w.ll be held at the office of said Company In the city of Chicago, Hllnois.at Eleven o’clock A. M., for toe purpose of authorizing sail Compcny to make and legally execute a contract with the Indiana, Illinois & lowa Railway Company of the State of Indiana, lor th« consiroction and operation of its proposed line of railway and the issuance of its corporate bonds to the amount of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.) failing due on the first day of March, 1943, bcarihg interest at .the rate five per cmt.
