Murray, Auditor of said county, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and complete list of all the lands and town lots returned delinquent by the Treasurer of said county, for the non-payment of taxes due thereon for the year 1891 and former years with ten per cent, penalty and interests thereon, together with the tax for the current year 1892-aod-the costs of advertising, so far as the same are liable to be sold for taxes, as shown by the return of said Treasurer; and notice is hereby given, that as much of said lands and town lots as may be necessary to discharge and pay the taxes, penalty, interests and costs due thereon, or due from the owners thereof at the time of sale, will be sold at public auction, at the Court House door, in Rensselaer, Indiana, on the second Monday in February, being the thirteenth day of February, A.
