Circuit Court Notes.

The January term of the Jasper Circuit Court convened Monday, with Hon. U. H Wiley on tbe bench The grand! jury was organized with Alfred'Armstrong as foreman. Of the original panel two members, E. L Burrmnd'K M. Lakiti were excused,‘.and' their places were filled by Sylvester Healy and James Maloy. John G; I&isler, administrator of tbffi estate of Samuel Ritchey, deceased, tiled his final report, and was discharged from further responsibility. The lash will* of M ra. Susara Cotton ate of Rensselaer, was admitted to probate. To each of her children except Arriba, the youngest, is given $5. To her husband, AVm. R. is given the use of the family residence land all household goods during bis life; andl at his death the bouse and goods- to go- to the daughter Ariila in. fee simple. The case of Jonathan Peacock vs. Erartus-Peacock, dismissed by agreement of parties, the defendant agreeing to-make deed to the land, according to the terms of tbe previous- decision of the court.
