To that sum can easily be added SI,OOO, for a score or more of small improvements, such as additions, painting, and another $2,000 for the amount e xpended by the electric light company in extending their plant. About $4,000 has been expended on streets and sewers, and perhaps $2,000 on wells and cisterns; altogether making upwards of SBO,OOO, for the year.
