The work of the session was not concluded until yesterday. The much contested license case from DeMotte ending m a reiusai of the applicant. The chief charge against the applicant was allowing minors in his place and of selling liquor to them. Notice of appeal to the circuit court was given by applicant. Dennis ~o*C6lßger,~~qf "RBrningtott,--asked permission to remove his saloon building, without forfeiting bis right to sell liquor, therein. The Board decided it had no authority in th* premises. Ernest Fisher was appointed to a Purdue school which. Much road and ditch business, especially the latter, was disposed of, but the records of the same have been in use and not accessible up to Lhe time we go to press. Thos. Aibring, of DeMotte, who was summoned as a witness in the Granger case, bat who skipped out to avoid testifying, and at O soger's instance, as he alleged, voluntarily came before the court and was fined $2 and costs, forcomtempt. But the fine was afterwards suspended during his good behavior. He is a young man not yet of age.
