Why is It that the claim of William JKVGansberg for 81,804,50 should be provided for twice? Why should It cost $41,000.00 per annum to care for the State House? Why should $11,000.00 be appropriated and paid assistant custodian, janitors, sweepers and watchmen at the State House? in the foregoing list ■ .
