It occurred between the District Attorney of Allegheny County and the workingman (under oath) who offered to tail Burgess John MoLuekle, arrested for participating In the recent labor disturbances at Homestead; “What ts your name?" asked District Attorney Burleigh. “Owen MuitfSy, air." “Where do you reside?” "In Homestead.” “How much real estate do you own, Mr. Morphy?” “Well, sir, I own n house of fourteen rooms with a lot 80x140 feet in Homsateud." “What is its value?” "Ten thousand dollars." “Anything against It—any Judgments or mortgages?" “No, sir."
