Herkimer Democrat. The laziest man existing within the bordei*s of the Empire State lives shore of Third Lake, Pulton Chain, and spends his time fishing. He reclines on the bank in tbs shade, ties the pole to the dog’s tail, and when he sees the bobber disappear he kicks the dog, and the ini mal lands the fish.
