M.. at the Town Hall, in said Town, the Board of Trustees wll I receive bids for saidimprovement. The work will be let according to the plans and specifications in hands of Town Clerk in three divisions and parties making bids separately per running foot as follows: Ist. Drainage, including tile and sewers, 2nd, iiowlderingof the gutters. 3rd. Grading and Macadamizing. Bidders to furnish all material and accompany their bids with a bond in the penalty of SIOO. The Contract will bo let to the lowest responsible bidder who shall then enter into a contract with said Board and give bond for his faithful performance of his contract. Thompson did on the 6th day of June, 1892, file In the Auditor’s office, of Jasper County, Indiana, a petition to the Board of Commissioners of said County, praying said Board to cause to he constructed a Ditch or Drain in said County, as hereinafter described, and whereas on the 10th day of Jnuc, 1892, the same being the 6th day of the regular June Session 1892 of said Board of Commissioners, they did by an orderduly entered of Record, appoint James N. Leatherman, Drainage ConMrrtssioner, John C. Porter and James T.
