The Dreaded Scourge Arrives.

The dreaded but expected cholera has crossed the Atlantic. A telegram was received this morniDg by Joseph C. Reynolds, an employee in The Rei'uiilican ofli.e, from his brothef in New York city, stating that the disease made its appearance there yesterday’ afternoon. Twenty-two deaths are reported. The bay will be quarantined.
