RIOTING IN SPAIN.

A special from Madrid, July 14, says: There is widespread rioting in Spain against the Octrio duties. At Sei va, the province of Terragona, the Octrio offices werb burned by a mob. The collector and the employes of tlio offices, when they rushed from the burning building, were stoned and several of them were badly in_ Jiired. The rioters then captured the town hail.
