Call for County ConventionThe Republican voters of Jasper County and all Republicans who will be entitled to vote in J asper County at the ensuing November election, are requested :io meet in township and precinct Mass Conventions, at the usual voting place in the township or 1 jrecinct, or some other convenient dace designated by the township or precinct committee, on Saturday, May 28,1892 at two o’clock p. m. to elect, by majority ballot vote, delegates to represent the township or precinct in the County Republican convention. The basis of apportionment of delegates to the several precincts and townships is one delegate for every 15 votes cast for Milton S. Trusler, Republican candidate for Secretary of State, at the election of November. 1890, and one for every fractional part of 15 votes, of 10 or more. The following table givse the number of such Republican votes and the number of delegates to which each precinct or township is entitled.

Whole number delegates 78. The delegates so elected will 'meet in convention, at the court house in Rensselaer, on Tuesday, May 31st, 1892, at one o’clock p. M. and transact the following business. Select eight delegates and eight alternate delegates to represent the county at the Republican State Convention held at Fort Wayne, June 28,1892; and nominate candidates to be voted for at the Nov. 1892, election, for the following offices: County Treasurer, County Recorder, County Sheriff, County Coroner, L County Surveyor; County Assessor, County Commissioner from the Second District. < L Done by order of the Jasper County Republican Central Committee. ~~~ ~ M.
