SUCCESSFUL SEALERS.

New Found’and seal fishing has been, so far, very successful this season. Of twenty steamers which left for the ice fields last month, eleven have returned with 209,000 seals, which, ati2 per head, gives a total of $418,000. The. steamers-as fast as they arrive, are rapidly unloaded and start off on a second trlp. The rest of the fleet are expected in daily. There is a bill before the House designed fem the better protectjon of the seal lisherfes.
