Obituary.

. Sally Ann Irwin, daughter of Joshua and Elizabeth Cottingham, was bom in Sussex county, Del. She died at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. J. C. Porter, in Rensselaer, Ind., Nov. 10, 1891, aged 74 years, 2 months and 27 days. With her parents she came to Hamilton county, Ind., where she was married Jan. 19, 1837, to Wm. Irwin. She united with the Methodist church in her youth. Her home was the home of the preacher and her house one Of the preaching places where Rev. Geo. Havens and Rev. Richard Hargraves often preached. She was a member of the first Methodist Class organized at Remington, Ind. Her funeral was preached in Trinity M. E. church by the pastor. Interment in the Western Cemetery. 1 ~
