Louisville, New Albany & Chicago Railway Company.
No. 80 Broadway, New York, October Ist, 1891. A Special Meeting of the Stockholders of the Louisville, New Albany & Chicago Railway Company will beheld at the offices of this Company, at Indianapolis, Indiana, November ninth, 1891, at one o’clock in the afternoon. (1) To consider and act upon a proposition to increase the amount of the Capital Stock of the Company for the successful prosecution of its business, and to authorize the Board of Directors to sell the same at the best price that can be obtained, and to that end; (2) To consider the advisability of acquiring all of the powers and benefits conferred upon Railroad companies under the Statutes of Indiana for the Incorporation of Railroad Companies and to act upon a resolution to acquire the same pursuant to law. The Poll will be open from two o’clock until three o’clock P. M. The transfer books of the Company will be closed from 3 P.
