Notice of Final Settlement of Estate. Notice ia hereby given to the creditors heirs and legatees of George O. Hoover, deceased. to appear in the Jasper Circuit Court, held at Rensselaer, Indiana, on the 19th day of October, 1891, and show cause if any, why the final settlement accounts with the estate of said decedent should not be approved; and said heirs are notified to then there make proof of heirship,' and receive their distributive shares. DITCH NOTICE. WHKREAS. William Greenfield, D. C. Hopkins, and Charles D. Nowelsof Jasper County Indiana, filed in the auditors office of Jasper County Indiana, a petition to the Board of Commissioners of the County of Jasper, in the state of Indiana praying said Board to cause to be constructed a ditch or drain in Marion Township in said County as hereinafter described and whereas the Board gs Commissioners of said Countv appointed James W. Douthit, James W. Cowden and Francis M. Parker, as viewers in said cause to view said proosed ditch and to perform certain duties in said order named and to do and perform all other necessary acts and services as such viewers and to file theirßeport with the County Auditor of said County, and whereas said viewers have made thier view of said proposed work, and having subscribed and sworn to the same and having filed tbier Report with the said Auditor of Jasper County, Therefore notice is hereby given of the pendency and prayer of said petition, and the filing of said viewers Report thereon and that the time and place set lor the hearing thereof is on Tuesday the Bth day of September 1891, at theAnditors Office of said Jasper County, Indiana, the same being the second day oi the regular September Term 1891, of said conmissioner’sCourt of-Jasper County Indiana. Said proposed Ditch is described as follows to wit:Commencing at tho southwest corner, of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of section One (l) Township twenty-nine (29) North, Range seven (7) west, in Jasper County Indiana. Thence north twelve and one half (T2>4) degrees east, three hundred and ton (310) feet. Thence south, seventy-nine (79> degrees east, seven hundred and fifty-two (752) feet. Thence north, forty-six (48) degrees east, three hundred ten (310) feet. Thence north, eight-eight (88) negrees east, one thousand seven hundred and sixty-eight -(1768; feet.— Thence north, six and one half (0)4) dergecs east, one thousand and sixty (1060) feet. Thencg east nine hundred (900) feet. Thence north, twelve degrees west, one thousand (10'K); feet,. Thence north, fifty four and one half (51*4) degrees west, four hundred ninety (490) feet. The names of the owners of the land through which saiil proposed ditch will pass or he afficted by the construction thereof, are as follows to-wit: Charles D. Newels. Hugh W. Porter, Hester A. Hoys, Dewit C. Hopkins, Mariou township Jasper County Indiana for benefits to the public highway William P. Baker, William Greenfield and Marcus H. Hemphill.
