Nowelsof Jasper County Indiana, filed in the auditors office of Jasper County .Indiana, a petition to the Board of Commissioners ol the County of Jasper, in the state of Indiana praying said Board to cause to be constructed a ditch or drain in Marion Township in sain County as hereinafter described and whereas the Board of Commissioners of said County appointed James W. Douthit, James W. Coivden and Francis M.
