Nowels of Jasper County Indiana, filed in the auditors office of Jasper County Indiana, a petition to the Board of commissioners of the county of Jasper, in the state of Indiana praying said Board to cause ' to be constructed a d itch or drain in Marion Township in said County as hereinafter described and whereas the Board of Commissioners of said County appointed Janies W. Douthit, James W. Cowden and Francis M.
