DITCH NOTICE. WHEREAS. William Greenfield,D. C. Hopkins. and Charles D. Nowels of Jasper County Indiana, filed in the auditors office of Jasper County Indiana, a petition to the Board of Commissioners of the County of Jasper, in the state of Indiana praying said Board k> cause i to be constructed a ditch or drain in Marion 1 Township in said County as hereinafter described and whereas the Board of Commissioners of said County appointed James W. Douthit, James W Cowden and Francis M.
