Sheriff’s Sale. By Virtue of a certified copy of a decree and execution to me directed from’the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, in a cause No. 4202 wherein John,!. Walpole was plaintiff and Ann Martin and Robert Martin were defendants, requiring me to make the sum of four liudred and ten dollars andeighty cents(s4lo.Bo) together with interest and costs, I will, expose at public sale on Saturday, August 22nd, A. D. r— r 1891 T between the hours of 10 o’clock A. M. and 4 o’clock P. M. of said 'day, at the door of th e Court House in the town of Rensselaer, Jasper countv, Indiana, the rents and profits, for a term not exceeding seven (7) years by the year, of the following described real estate, to-wit: I |The undivided three-fourths (%) ol the north half,, (ii) of the south-west quarter J(4) of section twenty-six (26) townshio thirty-one (31) north, range seven (7) west in Jasperjcounty, Indiana.
