Summer Normal.

The Jasper County Summer Normal will will ;»i r • Monday morning July 27, and continue five weeks. Classes will be organized in all the common school branches, Science of Teaching and American Literature. The aim of the school will be to prepare the teachers more fully for the work of the school-room, and to give all a better knowledge of the branches taught. The text-books now in use in the schools will be used in the Normal. Bring all the reference books at your command; they will be valuable. Arrangements will be made for board at the lowest possible rates. Tuition $4.50 for the term, in advance, or SJ. per week if not paid in advance. It is earnestly desired and expected that the of! the county will avail themselves of this opportunity, and attend the entire session. The County Institute will follow the Normal.
