Kansas City Journal. If royalty generally would emulate the example of Prince Charles Thoa dore, of Bavaria, in seeking diversion the world would be much better off. This philanthropic prince is a mosi skillful oculist, and he finds diversior in the practice of his professibr among the poor and afflicted. Great numbers of these people flock to him and none are turned away or charged anything for services received, anc he* is remarkably successful in his treatment. Quite often those in bet ter circumstances come to him to en joy the privilege of being treated b\ a royal practitioner, and they pa} roundly for it, too.
