O|TCH NOTICE. - ■ - WAEREAS Jessie L. Drake, Lucinda M. Hammerton, James, T. Hammerton J. C. Gwin, Edward Peregrin, A. P. Anplegart, William H. Randle and Elemming Phi.lips, filed in the Auditor’s office of Jasper comity, Indiana, on the 28th day of February, 1881, a petition to the Board of Commissioners of said county, praying said Board to cause to lie constructed a ditch or drain In Jasper county, Indiana, as hereinafter described, and whereas on the 3rd day of March, 1891, the same being the 2nd day of the regular March session 1891, of said Board of Commissioners they did by an order duly entered of Record appoint Lucius Strong, E. A. Griswold and Arthur H. Turussell, viewers of said cause, to view said proposed ditch and to perform certain duties in said order named and to do and perform all other necessary acts and services as such viewers and tofile their report with the county auditor; and whereas said viewers have made their view of sdid proposed work, and after having subscribed and sworn to the same, have filed their ref wi t with the undersigned, County Auditor of said County of Jasper. Therefore, notice is hereby given of the pendency and prayer ol said petition and the filing of said viewers’ report thereon, and that the time set for the hearing thereof, Ison Tuitsdky, the 2nd day of June, 1891. the same being the 2nd day of the regular June Term, 1891, of said Commissioners Court.
