DITCH NOTICE. TTTHEREAS, George DC Prevo, a7c. aW Prevo and Calvin Coppess filed in the office of the Auditor of Jasper county, Indiana, on the Bth day of January, 1891, j a petition to the Board of Commissioners of said county, praying said Board to cause to be constructed a ditch or drain in Gillam township, Jasper county, Indiana, as hereafter described ; and whereas on the 3rd day of March, 1881, the same being the 2nd day of the regular March session, 1891, of said Board of Commissioners, they did by an order duly entered of Record, appoint GeorgeH. Brown Jr., Harvey E. ParKison ana Granville Moody, viewers of said cause, to view said proposed ditch and to perform certain duties in-said order named and to do and perform all other necessary acts and services as such viewers, and to file their report with the county auditor; and whereas said viewers have made their view of said proposed work, and as ter haying. subscribed and Bwornto the same, have filed their report with the undersigned, county auditor of said county of Jasper. Application for License. TVTOTICE is hereby given to the cTtizatiS XN of the town of Rensselaer, in Marion township, Jasper county,’ and the state of Indiana, that the undersigned Joseph R.
