NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE. Notice is hereby given that hy virtue of an order of-thfe' Jasper Circuit Court, the undersigned admistrator of the estate of Clement e. Timmons, deceased, will offer on and after the 30th day of April, 1891, at private sale, at his residence in Marion townshid, in Jasper county, Indiana, the following realestate, to-wit: Twelve acres more or less off the north and eastrpart of the south half of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section twenty-three and more particularly described as follows: Beginning one rod north of the southeast corner of said forty acre tract and running thence west fortynine and 23-100 rods more or less, thence north thirty nine rods; thence east fortyj nine and 23-100 rods more or dess, to theeast line of said forty acre tract; thence south thirty-nine rods to the place of beginning ; And sixteen and 65-100- acres off the south port of the north half of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section twenty-three all in township twenty-nine (29) north, range six (6) west, in Jasper county, Indiana, and all that part of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section twenty.six, township twenty-nine north, range six west, not included in the following description to-wit'; Thirty-live acres off the said tract all lying on the north side of the L. N.'A. & C. K. R. and separated from the extreme western part of .said forty acre tract hy aline running north and south and not included in the right of way of said railroad Company and the east half of the no.itheast quarter of section twenty-seven in township twenty-nine ,north, range six west, not included in the right of way of said railroad company, all in Jasper county, Indiana, on the following terms to-wit: One I bird cash in hand; one third in nine • months and one third in eighteen months from date of sale, deferred payments to he secured hy notes payable in bank, without relief and attorney’s fees and with six per cent, interest from date, secured toy mortgage on said real estate sold; Said real estate wilt tie sold for not less than its full appraised value. . . i: GEORGE B.
