Will Go to the Supreme Court.

Logansport .Journal. Yesterday' - Judge Frazer again tackled the Turpie-Lowe case, this time to hear the motions of the attorneys for the defendant for a new trial in the case. The motion was overruled and the defendants then prayed for an appeal to the Supreme courts—This prayer being granted the defendants filed their appeal bond in the sum of $21,200, the same being secured by Gustavus Lowe and Larkin Lowe. This is the largest bond filed in this county for a number of years. This celebrated case will now go to the Supreme court where a final settlement will be had of it.
