THE CIRCUIT COURT.

The final settlement of estates occupied a considerable portion of the court’s attention, last -week. The most important of these was the Isaac Parker estate, in which an entirely satisfactory accounting was made by the administrator, W. A. Rinehart. !lis accounts and vouchers,' as apptoved by the court and endorsed bv the heirs, showed that some $1560 was due the administrator, from the estate . Walter Davwitt was granted a change of venue to Ncwfort county. The grand jury visited the jail and poor farm and reported very favorably on the condition of atiairs there.
