The Board of commissioners wi> i meet in regu iar session on March 2nd. 1891; and,at 10 A M. Marelrtitli, 1891 will hear said report which report will remain on file in my office for the inspection of a*! concerned until Friday, March 6th. 1891. at lOo’clock A; M. when if no exceptions are filed to said report the Board, of Comm .ssioners. will contirm-the said report and if exceptions in writing be fl.ed before sajd time the said Boardof £oug_ missioners will then and there determine such exceptions on the testimony which may be offered by any party interested and confirm, change or refer the report to another eoriimittee to make further report as may be deemed best on such hearing.
