Iliff et al, are "petitioners, will be due, and payable at my office, in the Court House, in the town of Rensselaer, county of Jasper, and state of Indiana, .as follows: The first installment being 8G per cent, of the whole assessment will bo due the first day of March, A. D. 1891, and each succeeding installment being 8H pet cent. i>F the whole assessment will be due and payable on the first of eacli succeeding month thereafter, until all is paid, or a sufficient amount to construct the -work, and pay the ex'penses of said ditch, according to the report of the Commissioners of Drainage in said cause.
