In distributing the costs of construction the viewers have apportioned and aimed to apportion the costs of construction pro rata to all the real estate within a distance of two miles, counted by sections, of the line, of said Gravel Road, in Jasper- county, Ind. So anyone owning land within two sections of the proposed free turnpike in jasper county, Indiana, whose name doos not proper;y appear in this notice will also take notice of said report and the hearing thereof. The Kbard of Commissioners will meet in regu>nr session on March 2nd. 1891; and at 10 a m. March 6th, 1891 will hear said report which report will remain on file in my office for the inspection of all concerned’ until Friday, March 6th, 1891. at. 10o’clock a. m. when if no exceptions are filed to said report the Board of Comm'ssioners will confirm the said report and if exceptions in writing be filed before said time the said Board of Commissioners will then and there determine such exceptions on the testimony which may be offered by aiiy party interested and confirm, change or refer the report to another committee to make further report as may be deemed best on such hearing.
