DITCH NOTICE. ~ DITCH NUMBER 67. . NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to George Bessee, Thos. Kennedy, Marilia J. Michaels, Hannah E. Iliff, Robert Michaels, Harley w. Iliff, Robert Michaels and J. W. Jacks, R. W. Michaels and Mary E. Babcock, Wm. P. Michaels, Ithamer Bussell and Sarah A. Ritchie. That the assessments made in Ditch cause No. 67, in the Jasper Circuit Court, wherein Harley W. Iliff et al, are petitioners, will be due, and payable at my office, in the Court House, In the town of Rensselaer, countv of Jasper, and state of Indiana, as follows: The first installment being 8H per cent, of the whole assessment will her due the first day of March, A. D. 1891, and each succeeding installment being per cent, of the whole assessment will be due and payable on the first of each succeeding month thereafter, until all is paid, or a sufficient amount to construct the work, and pay the expenses of said ditch, according to the report of the Commissioners of Drainage in said cause.
