Sheriff’s Sale. BY virtue, of a Fee Bill to me directed from the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, in a Cause No. 3084, wherein Josias Nier and James M. Nicr were plaintiffs, and Patrick Maloy and Peter Dunn, et al, were defendants, requiring me to make the sum of Thirty dollars ($30.00), together with costs, I will expose at public sale on Saturday, the 28th day of February, A. D.. 1891, between the hours of 10 o’clock A. M. and 4 o’clock I’. M. of said day, at the door of the court house in the town of Rensselaer, Jasper county, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven (7) years by the year, of the following described real estate, towit: . . The north one-third (X) of the southwest quarter (X) of section thirty-one (31) township thirty-two (32) north, range five (5) west, containing fifty- fonr and twenty-nine hundredths acres, more or less, situated in Jasper county, Indiana. And should such rents and profits not sell for a sum sufficient to discharge said Fee Bill and costs, I will, at the same time and place, and in the manner aforesaid, expose at public sale the fee simple right of said defendants in and to said real estat e or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to discharge said Fee Bill and costs, Said sale wilt be made with relief and in accordance with the law.
