The maintenance suit of Mrs. Gertrude Robinson against her husband, Harvey Robinson, was tried Tuesday, bythe court. The verdict was that the defendant pay die plaintiff S2O per month for the support of herself and child, or a lump sum of $2,000, as she way elect. The noted slander case from Union tp., of Miss Rhoda Lakin against Servetus Gerard, is now on trial before a jury. The evidence is of the proverbial “bald-heads, come to the front,” order—and they come.
