BY VIRTUE of a certified copy of a decree and execution to me directed from the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, in a cause No. 4160, wherein Fredrick Grieve was plaintiff and Henry Grimpe and Mary Grimpe were defendants, requiring me to make the sum of one hundred and thirty dollars and forty-five cents ($130.45) together with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale on~ Saturday, the 13th day of December, A.
