That certified cepies of said petition wenfled hy the Auditor of Pulaski county, Indiana, in the offices of the Auditors of Jasper and White counties, Indiana, more than ten ttavs prior to the first day of the March Nterm, 1890, of the Commissioners’ Court, of said counties, and at said March Term. 1890 of ike ixmimißsioner’s Court, of Pulaski, White and Jasper counties, Indiana, each of said courts appointed three disinterested householders and freeholders of their re apective counties, to view said proposed Stich, and report their doings in each ot aaid counties. Now therefore. Notice is hereby given that Slid viewers have tiled a full reixirt of their dbings in the matter of said ditch, in the Auditor’s offices, of Pulaski, Jasper and White counties, that they report that said ditch shall be located upon the foregoing route and that the same will be a Public Utility aud benefit, and conducive to tlie Public health, convenience and wellfare, that said ditch as located will pass through or affect lands in Pulhaki, Jasper and White wunlies, Indiana, belonging to the following named persons, to-wit: Abigail Woody, Ada Parratt, Ernest Kosenbaum, Lewis C.Kroft, William Selmer, J.
