BY VIRTUE of a certified copy ot a decree and execution to ate directed from tbe Clerk of the Jasper Circait Court in a cause No, 4112 wherein tbe State of Indiana ~oh the relation ot James C. Thrawls, Commissioner of Drainage was plaintiff and Stephen T. Comer was defendant requiring me to make the sum of one hnndred and sixty dollars and and twenty-six cents ($160.26) together with interests and costs I will expose at public sale on Saturday, the Ist day of November, A. D., 1890, between the hours of 10 o’clock a. m. and * o’clock p. m. of said day, at the doer of the Court House in the town of Rensselaer, .Jasper Conntv, Indiana, the rents and profits, Tor a .term not exceeding seven (7),years, by the year, of the following described real estate, towit: The northeast quarter (%) of tbe southeast quarter (>4) of sectiou twelve (12) township tnirty (30) north, range seven (7) west, southeast quarter 04) of the southwest quarter 04) of section twelve (13) township thirty (30) north range six (6) west,; southwest quarter 04) of the southwest quarter (.14) section seven (7) township thirty (30) north range six (6) west, in Jasper county, ladiana.
