REJOICING IN GERMANY.

Socialists .Celebrate the F.xpiratien of Harsh Law—Return of Exiles. There are great rejoicings in Germany • over the expiration of the anti-Socialist law. Thirty exiles arrived at Berlin, Tuesday afternoon, and Were enthusiastic ally welcomed. Meetings were held in ! seven different halls, alt of which were crammed with people. Many streets were were dispersed by the policb, but nobody I was hurt. Nineteen exiles have returned to Hamburg, where their arrival was dulycelebrated.
