A Special Meeting of the Louisville New & Chicago Railway Company will be held at the offices of this Company, No. 47 Broadway, New York, Wednesday, October twenty-ninth, 1890, at One o’clock jn the afternoon, to consider and act upon a proposition to extend the lines of this Company and acquire additional property. The Poll until 3 o’cock P. M. The Stock of this Company will not be transfered at any time during the ten days next proceding this Meeting, nor until three days thereafter.
