Six Massacusetts cities—New Bedford, Lowell, Taunton, Cambridge, Fall River and Gloucester—have applied to Commissioner Hallett for federal supervisors at the coming fall elections- When these requests have been granted by Judge Cott in the United States Circuit Court two supervisors will be sent to eachupqlling place, r 6he a Republican and the other a Democrat.
