Indiana, on the 4th day of March, 1890, a petition to the Board of Commissioners of said County, praying said Board to cause to 'be construcied a Ditch or drain in Jasper County, Indiana, us hereafter descrih - ed; and whereas on the 4th day of March, 1890, the same being the 2nd day of the regular March Session, ia ( )9, of said Board of Commissioners, they did bv an order duly entered of record appoint David H.
