DITCH NOTICE. WHEREAS, Amanda A. Denton, of White county, Indiana, and David Culp, of Jasper county". Indiana, filed in the Auditor’s office ol White, eauutv.-Indiana, a petition to the Hoard of Commissioners of tin; counties of White and Jasper, in tlie State of Indiana, praying said Boards to cause to be constructed a ditch or drain in Mon fin township. White county. Indiana, pud in Hanging Grove:, Mil-; toy aikt Marion townships, Jasper county. Indiana, as hereafter described, a copy of said petition having been duly certified by the Auditor of White county, India.ua, to the Auditor of Jasper county. Indiana, and whereas the Board of Commissioners oi White county appointed Thomas J. Gaffonl, Uriah H. Hussey and Robert R: Briekenridge, of White county, Indiana, and the Board of Commissioners of Jasper county, appointed Alfred Donnelly, Francis M. Barker and Elzer A. Griswold, of Jasper county, Indiana, as viewers in said cause, to view said proposed ditch and to perforin certain duties in said order named, and to do and perform all other necessary acts andservices as such viewers and to file their report with each of the county Auditors, of White aDd Jasper counties, and whereas said viewers have made their view of said proposed work, and after having shbscrihed and sworn to the same have filed their report with Hie undersigned county auditor of said county of Jasper. Therefore notice Is hereby given of the peu--deney amt prayer of said petition and the filing of said viewers’ report thereon and that the time and place set for the hearing thereof is on Thursday the 4tli day of September, 1390, at the Auditor s office in Monticello.
