If England Was Only Annexed.

Chicago Inter-Ocean. English free traders continue to Dock up the United States Democracy in efforts to defeat the McKinley bill. If England could only vote, now, as well as furnish the capital to run the next campaign, the prospect for the free traders would be more encouraging. If it were not for the obstruction tactics of the Democrats* the Senate could dispose of all the important bills on its calendar inside of a week. " The election will be held Tuesday, November 4, 1890. Only those can vote at that election who had a legal residence in this State on May 3,1890.
