Conductor Charged With Murder.
At Bloomington, this state last Friday mornmg,aceordingto the Indianapolis Sun, Charles Arnold, a conductor on the Monon’ was arrestee Charge'S with the murder of William Hilbert The affidavit against him was made by the father as Hilbert, a conductor on the same road. About a week before, Conductor Arnold came in from a trip and reported that Brakeman Hilbert had become yip, lently insane, jumped from the running train and was killed, The father of Hilbert alleges that now he has evidence that Arnold and the brakeman got into a difficulty, when Hilbert was pushed from a running train and killed. That was in the evening, and the death was not reported until the next morning. Arnold is now in jail and denies everything.
