Attention, Soldiers! * Under the new disability pension bill, the following classes are entitled to pensions: j Soldiers and Seamen who have served ninety days or more, and been honorably discharged, now materially disabled by permanent mental or physical disability whether of service origin, or nus, and notJIHE result of their own vicious habits.
