Blue wbortlebesriea are about gone. Miss Gilbr'ansta has gone to Rensselaer to attend the Normal. Mr. J. M. Helrtfick has bought the Welsh property and is going ing to start a hotel. John Tanner and sister, of Chicago, have been visiting since the fourth with their sister, Mrs. S. D. Clark, of this place. Horace Marble and Wesley Ott, of Crown Point, spent Saturday and Sunday with their relatives, the Myers. , Miss Paulina Paulson, one of our most estimable young ladies, is very low with bronchitis. Mrs. Bellows, of Texas, is visiting at the home of her father, S. J. Bentley.

Mrs. Scot!, mother of our agent, has been very sick at the home of her son here, but under the able treatment of Or, Jones, of Hogan, she is improving quite fast. Our old friend Eden Booth, has returned from Callsburg, lowa, where be has been for some time. He was accompanied by his daughter, Mrs. Saunders, who will be here for an indefinite time, visiting her sister, and other friends.
