Obituary.
Died. —At the home of parents, in Wheatfield tp., Jasper Co., Ind., June.‘2Bth, 1890, Miss Ella Lintner, the third daughter of Mr. ami Mrs. Daniel Lintner, with consumption, after an illness of about five molitbs. Her sufferings were very great, but were borne frith great patience and fortitude. She was conscious and clear minded to the 'last, and knew and resigned to her coming dissolution. The funeral services were conducted by Lev. J. T. Stafford, assisted by J. M. Helmick and Elder Shortridge. Excellent musyc was furnished by the quartette, with Miss Ola Sigler as organist. A very large assemblage of friends met to pay their last respects to the departed friend. Mr. and Mrs. Fairchild, of Porter county, and Mrs. Mann, of Chicago, sisters of the deceased, were here to attend the funeral. She was carried to the grave by her four brothers; her brother-in-law, H. Fairchild and L. W. Shaffner. She was a beautiful and lovable young lady of a*bout 21 years old, and a large circle of friends mourn her loss. The bereaved family have the deep sympathy of the entire neighborhood in their sad affliction. In the grave ive have laid her, our idol ized one; The pride of our household, our treasure is geae; ■ _ A dark cloud of sorrow lias shadowed us o’er, For our lost une lies sleeping to waken ■ no more.
