By the terms of the dependent pension bill all persons who served three month or more in the army or navy and wer honorably discharged, and who are now or may hereafter be suffering from mental or physical disability which renders them unable to support themselves, shall be entitled to a pension of sl2 per month. Rank is not a consideration. Widows and minor children, or If there be none, dependent mothers or fathers of veterans dead or who shall die hereafter are entitled to .pensions at the rate previously estab lished. The increase of pensions for minor children shall be at the rate of $4 per month, instead of $2 per month as now provided by law, and in case a minor child is insane, idiotic, or otherwise helpless the pensioOrShall continue through the life of said child, or during the period of suflh disability.
