Notiee is hereby given to all the citiI zens of the town of Wheatfield. and ; Wbeaifield township, in the county of j Jaspei atqnd State of Indiana, that the, undersigned Georgia W. Tilton, a white male inhabitant of said town and towni I ship, and over the age of twenty-one years, not in the habit of becoming j intoxicated, and a- man of good moral character, and a fit person in every respect to be intrusted with the sale of intoxicating liquors, will make application to the Board of Commissioners ol said Jasper county at the next regular session and meeting of said Board to be held in the town $f Rensselaer, in said county and state aforesaid, commencing on the first Monday in March, 1890. the same being the 3rd day of March 1890, for a license to sell spirituous liquors, vinous liquors and malt liquors and all other intoxicating liquors which may be used as a beverage, in less qaanlities than a quart at a time, with the privilege of permitting said liquors to be drank on the premises where sold, and said premises being precisely located and described as follows: In a one story frame building, the ground upon wMch said building is located, being precisely located and described as follows: Being a part of the northeast i quarter of the southwest quarter of section twenty five (25), township thirty two (32) north, range six (6) west, in Jasper county, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows • to-wit; Commencing two hundred and three (203) feet south of the center of said section, thence running due west four (4) feet, being the place of beginmng; thence coutiuuitig due wdst thirty' (30) feet, thence running due south eighteen (18) feet, thence running due east thirty (30) feet, and thence running due north eighteen (18) feet to place of beginning. Notice is hereby given to t'ne citizens of the town of Fair Oaks, and Union township, iu Jasper county, Indiana, that the undersigned Charles A. Gundy,who is a ovale inhabitant of the State of Indiana, and who is over t he age of twenty-one years, and who is a man of good moral character and wlvo is not in the habit of becoming intoxicated, and is in every respect a tit and proper person to be entrusted wiih a license empowering him to sell intoxicating liquors, will make application at the March session of the Board of Commissioners of the county of Jasper, and state of Indiana, said session commencing on the 3d day ol March, A. D. 1890, and to be held in the court house, in Rensselaer, to sell and barter spiritous, vinous, malt End all other intoxicating liquors in a less quantity than a quart at a time, with the privilege ol allowing and permitting the same to he drank on the premises where sold and bartered The precise location of the premises in which said liquors are to he sold and bartered is as follows, to-wit: The front room in the lower story of a two-story frame building situated on lot six (6) in block one (l)in the town of Pair Oaks, Jasper county|lndiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the northeasterly corner of lot six (6), thence in a westerly direction parallel witu Second street twenty (20) feet; thence in a southerly direction parallel with Hendricks street eighteen (18) feet; thence in an easterly direction parallel with First streetjtwenty(?o) feet,thence in a northerly direction parallel with Kent street eighteen (is) feet to the point of commencment.
