An Apology that Don’t Apologize.

Frnncesville New Kra. We desire to ask Mr. Hazen’s pardon for saying that he intended to build several houses in the spring, to take the plapes of his old rattle-traps on Tough street. The report came to us pretty straight, but we ought to have known better than to have given it credence. For it is too late in the day to expect “Doc.” to engage m anything that could benefit the public, even indirectly. He might spend a few dollars to spite somebody, but nary a cent has he for the public.
